Do you only work with technology companies?

Technology is our core focus. We work with software, data, digital services and tech-enabled businesses, as well as the investors and acquirers evaluating them.

Yes. Lighthouse supports PE and VC investors with commercial due diligence, Voice of the Customer research, market validation and investment thesis testing, particularly in technology markets.

Yes. Nothing you send here is shared outside Lighthouse. For sensitive discussions, we will sign an NDA at first substantive contact.

No. We are happy to open a conversation at the “thinking about it” stage. Most of our relationships start that way.

Yes. Much of our exit strategy work starts before a formal process. We help management teams sharpen their growth story, evidence quality, buyer positioning and value creation plan.

Our mandate work is with established technology businesses, but we are glad to have an introductory conversation and, where useful, point you toward someone better placed.
